George HARRELL asking everyone to write to their Senators and Congressmen about Senate Bill 623 and House Bill 1231, both still in Committees, which would give retired federal employees the same benefit as active federal employees regarding the current federal income tax law which permits health insurance premiums to be non-taxable income for federal income tax purposes.
